Rates are in USD per room per night, inclusive of all taxes.

CHILD POLICY

• Infants under 2 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals.
• Baby cot can be provided at a cost of USD 10.- per night subject to availability.
• Children 2-11 years USD 25.- per child per night in extra bed including BB.
• Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults.

ACCOMMODATION FOR DRIVERS

Lodging at a rate of USD 15 per night per person including breakfast. Limited space, reservation has to be made with the clients’ booking.

TRANSFERS

Pick-up and transfer by private vehicle can be arranged for USD 35.-/vehicle (1-3  persons) / USD 45.-/vehicle (4-6 persons), bookings should be sent to resa@ambarellalodge.com at least 24 hrs before arrival.

MEALS

• Lunch: USD 12.-/pers.
• Dinner: USD 15.-/pers.
• Children 2-11 years: 50% discount

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs,

Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges will be applied: prior to 18:00 hrs a charge of 50% of the room rate and thereafter a full night charge.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Full payment 7 days prior to arrival. Group bookings (3 rooms and above): 50% non-refundable deposit at confirmation, balance 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURE AND NO SHOW POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 07-01 days before arrival: 1 night will be charged.
• Cancellations made on day on arrival: no refund.

EARLY DEPARTURE

No refund.

NO SHOWS on the date of arrival will be charged in full with no refunds.
