Our small ayurveda centre is run by a specialist doctor. Treatments are reserved exclusively for travellers staying at Ambarella Lodge. The centre has 2 massage rooms, 1 treatment room with steam bath, herbal bath and Shirodhara table.

An ideal way to relax and reinvigorate before or after your discovery of Sri Lanka. The programme includes a full-board stay at Ambarella Lodge, a visit to the spice garden with an explanation of the different Ayurvedic plants and their virtues, a cooking class given by our specialist in Ayurvedic plants and cuisine and a programme of Ayurvedic treatments specifically designed for a short stay
