ROOM PRICES

Rates are in USD per room per night, inclusive of all taxes.

Superior Room

Six bright and spacious (55m2) rooms fully equipped with rain a shower bathroom, seating area and small separate room for dressing and suitcase storage. The bungalows also feature shared terraces overlooking the pool and Spice Garden amongst our many coconut trees and one set of interconnected rooms.

Deluxe Room

$165

Three large individual bungalows (55m2), fully equipped with a rain shower bathroom, seating area and small separate room for dressing and suitcase storage. The Deluxe Room bungalow also features a private terrace overlooking the pool and spice garden amongst our many coconut trees.

SEASON SUPPLEMENT

CHILD POLICY

Infants under 2 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals.
Baby cot can be provided at a cost of USD 10.- per night subject to availability.
Children 2-11 years USD 25.- per child per night in extra bed including BB.
Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults.

PICK UPS & TRANSFERS

Pick-up and transfer to and from the airport by private vehicle can be arranged for USD 35.-/vehicle (1-3 persons) / USD 45.-/vehicle (4-6 persons).

If you’re looking to explore by train or bus, we’ve got you covered. Our hotel is located near a railway station, providing convenient access to some of Sri Lanka’s most sought-after destinations like Dambulla, Habarana, Kandy, Galle and Colombo. In addition to offering transfer services to the station, we also provide comprehensive assistance with train ticket purchases.

ACCOMMODATION FOR DRIVER

Lodging at a rate of USD 15 per night per person including breakfast. Limited space, reservation has to be made with the clients’ booking.

CHECK-INS & CHECK-OUTS

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs
Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges will be applied: prior to 18:00 hrs a charge of 50% of the room rate and thereafter a full night charge.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Full payment 7 days prior to arrival. Group bookings (3 rooms and above): 50% non-refundable deposit at confirmation, balance 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURE AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made 07-01 days before arrival: 1 night will be charged.
Cancellations made on day on arrival: no refund.

Early Departure

No refund.

NO SHOWS on the date of arrival will be charged in full with no refunds.
