Free time allows participants to relax, enjoy hotel activities (Ayurveda treatments, massages, tours or private sessions with instructors etc.), and rest between yoga sessions.

Discover the art of yoga and meditation/relaxation with me. With a wealth of experience, I embarked on my journey towards well-being through ballet dance. Since then, I have explored various yogic traditions in Asia and Europe.

I am certified in yoga* and hypnotherapy**, offering a holistic approach to relaxation and total well-being. Join me for classes in both French and English, where you will find a fusion of graceful movements, soothing breathing techniques, and guided meditations.

Let yoga guide you towards a balanced life, full of vitality and inner peace. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

  • 3-5 PM: Welcome and information get together. Introduction to your Yoga program and your instructors and practitioners
  • 5-6 PM: Opening session – Breathing and Gentle yoga session to relax and centre after travel
  • 8 PM: Dinner and overnight


  • 7-8 AM: Morning guided meditation “Awakening serenity” and Vitality yoga session to start the day.
  • 8:30-10 AM: Breakfast
  • 11 AM-12PM: Yoga session
  • 12:30-2 PM: Lunch
  • 6-7 PM: Yin Yoga – restorative session
  • 8 PM: Dinner and overnight


  • 7-8 AM: Morning guided meditation “Self-discovery” and Vitality yoga session to start the day.
  • 8:30-10 AM: Breakfast
  • 10-11 AM: Yoga workshop. Deepening postures (Asanas) and posture corrections
  • 11-11:30AM: Closing session – sharing experiences, learnings from the retreat
